Working Principle

The mechanical power is driven by the motor through the turbo worm reducer to drive the output shaft, and the motion is transmitted to the lever through the planar four-bar mechanism, and the magnetic sensor switch is used to accurately position the horizontal and vertical positions of the barrier during operation, so as to achieve Control of the barrier. Spring Pull Hole Description

The balance tension spring is installed inside the housing to balance the weight of the barrier. During the debugging and installation process, the force between the spring pull hole and the main shaft can be changed according to the length of the barrier (6m, 5m, 4m, etc.) so that the barrier can reach the balance without replacing the spring. When the length of the barrier changes, just adjust the spring hole, the spring tension is the largest when the spring hanging arm is the outermost hole.

4. A variety of control methods are available for users to choose. Both external wired and remote control can be used to control the rise/lower/stop of the gate.

5. The use of multiple protection measures (heater protection, low temperature protection, wind protection, anti-electricity protection, anti-lightning protection, etc.), the reliability of the barrier operation is greatly improved.

6. It can be used with the optional vehicle detector to make it have the functions of “automatic drop-off after the car passing” and “automatic lifting of the drop-bar when there is a car”, which makes the barrier have automatic closing and perfect anti-smashing function.
